HAIL,SUPERCELL 23 APRIL 2010



APRIL 23 2010 estas tormentas se formaron en la ciudad por la fuerte inestabilidad primero para mi colonia cayo granizo dispersa pero cuando se formo la tormenta en la ciudad cayo el granizo al tamaño de 1.25 pulgada,yo dije 15 minutos antes todavia no se miraba en el radar que se iva a formar una gran tormenta en la ciudad cuando sali a ver abia una nube arriba de la ciudad donde yo sabia que esa nube se estaba desarrollando muy rapido porque 5 minutos antes de que saliera mira hacia afuera y estaba limpio ya habia pasado la primera tormenta pero cuando mire eso pronto avise porque sabia que esa tormenta se va a desarrollar muy fuertemente y si fue asi pasaron 15 minutos y empezo primero a llover se quito y se empezaron a escuchar los granizos y ahi estan en el video estoy muy contento porque voy mejorando en mis pronosticos

Updated severe weather friday night

Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday night across Val Verde County and the Edwards Plateau as a dryline advances eastward out of West Texas. Better chances for thunderstorms, some of which could become severe, are forecast Friday night. Thunderstorms should hit the I-35 corridor after midnight Friday.

An upper level storm system and associated surface cold front will move through South Central Texas late Friday into early Saturday. The development of a line of strong to severe storms is possible Friday night into early Saturday along and east of a line from Eagle Pass to Llano. The primary severe weather threat will be large hail.
